The model HE-3-BLSUHV-STM is a bottom loading vibration isolated Helium-3 cryostat for scanning tunneling microscope (STM) application with sample in ultra high vacuum environment.

 

 

HE-3 Cryostats for ARPES

High cooling powers and low base temperatures are achieved through continuous circulation of helium-3.

These systems were specifically developed for high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy below 1K (Sub-K ARPES). However, the design can be used for a variety of other applications with similar requirements.
